How to Enrol – Simple Steps
Applying to Yen Academy is quick and transparent. Choose your JLPT level (N5 to N1) or a specialised course like Business Japanese or Weekend Batch. After submitting the form, our academic counsellor will reach out for a free level assessment and guide you through fee payment and batch selection. We also offer EMI options and early‑bird discounts.
Eligibility & Requirements
1. No Prior Japanese Required (for N5)
Open to all Indian nationals – no age limit.
For JLPT N5, no previous Japanese knowledge needed.
For higher levels (N4–N1), we recommend clearing the previous level or taking a placement test.
2. Documents Required for Admission
Completed online application form
Scanned copy of ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport)
Latest educational certificate (10th / 12th / graduation) – optional for language courses
3. English / Basic Japanese Assessment
A short online placement test (for students with some prior knowledge)
For absolute beginners, direct admission without test
4. Counselling & Batch Selection
Free 15‑minute counselling call with our academic advisor
Choose between weekday, weekend, or online live batches
5. Fee Payment & Confirmation
Pay course fee online (UPI, card, net banking, EMI)
Receive study materials, class schedule, and login credentials (for online batches)
6. Scholarship / Discount Eligibility
Early‑bird discount (if you apply 30 days before batch start)
Group discount for 2+ students enrolling together
Merit‑based scholarships for outstanding JLPT scores (after course)
